I recently took my car to Vision for repairs after an accident and I am in absolute awe by the fantastic customer service that I received as well as the speed of the repairs and the workmanship. These employees, especially Bryan Brown, really care about their customers. From the moment I walked into the shop to the day I picked up my vehicle, Bryan treated me with compassion and respect. Talking to him literally made me feel like I was working with family! He went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs would be made as quickly as possible since he knew I did not have rental car coverage with my insurance. Bryan worked closely with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. I can’t believe how he was able to take such a stressful situation and turn it into something positive. I couldn’t be happier with the work completed! My car looks brand spanking new and the attention to detail was superb! Bryan updated me on the progress and my car was completed before his original timeline. I cannot thank those at Vision enough. I will recommend them to everyone and be sure to take my vehicle back there again if I ever need work done.
