Superior Service

We were coming back from NC and hit a road gator. The damage was significant on my New Honda Accord Sport. I called Honda and they referred me to Visions. I called and they said come on out for a free estimate. I arrived and Steve was so professional and wrote up the estimate. I contacted my Insurance and had the estimate sent to Visions. Steve did what needed to be done on making sure that I had New Honda parts to complete the repair. When I picked up my car, It looked awesome. The new bumper and paint job was excellent, but it didn’t stop there…they washed my car and vacuumed/cleaned the inside of my car. I had planned to ask for a sample of the paint to touch up a chip on my car, but when I was inspecting my car after the repair…they went ahead and touched up the spot where the chip was without me even mentioning it. I was so surprised and impressed with their professionalism and was beyond happy. Steve also saw that I had driven my rental car there and he suggested he can call the rental and have them pick up my rental at the shop for me. This was so nice. It eliminated a step of me having to return the rental myself. I appreciate honest and quality work in such a stressful time and they went well beyond normal customer service.
